PiccaDelhi - The pick of Delhi

PiccaDelhi ...finally. Three generations of our family decided to pay a visit to the place for dinner. Ok...three generations sound like a whole lot of people...actually it's just 4; my g'mom, my mom and us two sisters.

It's always a good thing to get a reservation beforehand else the wait for a table is going to be really long and boring. Especially during the weekends. But once you do get in, everything comes in tandem.

The place is gud, the people amiable, the service quick. Deciding on the menu takes a little long; the restaurant has a huge variety of dishes, we actually were in a quandary trying to figure out what to order.

I finally settled for Italian, my sis English while the older beauties went in for their usual Indian food. After we ordered, we had a a round of mocktails and enjoyed the live music. The guy belted out some 90s love songs, songs which I grew up listening to, but hadn't listened to in a very long time.

We didn't have to wait long for the food to arrive. Once it came, we dug in. The servings are huge, the meat well done and succulent. Actually, the food is quite delectable. And the desserts are rich and delicious. Keeps you wanting for more if you're not the weight-watching type.

PiccaDelhi...definitely a place to go back to.
